When Victor Jaques Da Silva, a retired pensioner decided to build a new patio on his Birkdale property, he knew he wanted value for money.
Replacing an old pergola, Victors new patio needed to be wheelchair accessible and provide more much needed outdoor space for him to enjoy.
His first enquiry with a well-known competitor of GW Patios left him shell-shocked, quoting him $18,000 to build his patio.
Unsatisfied with this price, Victor reached out to GW Patios who instead gave him a price too good to be true.
At almost half the price of our competitors, Victor signed with GW Patios for the reasonable amount of only 10k, council approval fees included.
GW’s price difference comes from a unique understanding they have with their clients.
For Victor, dealing with Jane Lamont the patio manager made things easier than ever.
“Jane was good, she kept me informed and approval was quick,” he said.
In addition to this, no time at all was wasted building Victor’s patio.
He explains that the “tradies were very good, [and it] took them only half a day.”
Thanks to GW Patios, Victor can now properly enjoy his garden from the comfort of his new wheelchair friendly patio that accommodated his budget.
