Ivan Zadebernyl is overjoyed with his new patio and carport that allows him to finally enjoy the view of his lush yard and step out of his car without getting wet.
Located in Springwood, Mr Zadebernyl first decided in July 2024 to replace the small and outdated patio overlooking his backyard.
Wanting to upgrade the size and erase the years of mould and stained cement, Mr Zadebernyl was referred to GW Patios via Stratco.
“When they said two weeks, I thought it was a joke, it doesn’t happen that fast.”
“I couldn’t believe it”, he added.
After the completion of his new patio Mr Zadebernyl decided he wasn’t done and rang back GW Patios with another project in mind, a new carport.
Impressed with GW Patios’s efficiency and workmanship, construction began again on the 16th of October, and finished a day and a half later.
“I’m quite happy with what they’ve done, the front was quick -tradies were good, [he had] no problems at all.”
Overjoyed with GW’s service Mr Zadebernyl admits to how he enjoys his homes news additions.
“My favourite thing is sitting under here [patio], its 5 to 6 degrees cooler now, as well as getting into a cool car.”
“Not getting wet is a bonus as well”, he added.
Having both experienced building a carport and patio, Ivan Zadebernyl told GW Patios that he would and has already confidently recommended our services to multiple people, adding that strangers often stop in the middle of the street to ask about the work.
“People would come past and go ‘ahh yeah’ – I handed over GW’s card and said speak to them not me,” he said in a confident and house proud manner.
